Applications

(1)Excellent external lubricant in PVC profile, pipe, pipe fitting, foam board,WPC products, etc. It has good late-period lubricating ability, and will bring more glossy appearance and lower processing torque.

(2)As efficient dispersant in masterbatch, filler masterbatch, modified masterbatch and functional masterbatch. LDPE wax Wholesale Price. It makes the products inorganic components and pigments dispersed better, and get more beautiful appearance.

(3)Excellent external lubricant in PVC stabilizer, especially in Ca-Zn stabilizer. Additional use suitable inner lubricant, it will highly improve the overall effect of stabilizer and increase the cost-effective correspondingly.

(4)Used in hot melt adhesives can better adjust the products viscosity and hardness, improve its fluidity.

(5)In paint, coating and the road marking paint, its main performance is heat resistance, deforming, leveling, anti-setting and dispersion. It can increase the products surface hardness, wear-resistance and anti-smearing properties.

(6)As modifier in paraffin wax, and improve the paraffin’s melting point, crystallinity, etc.

(7)Releasing agent and protective agent in rubber.

LDPE wax, derived from low-density polyethylene, is a versatile and widely used synthetic wax with diverse applications across various industries. This unique wax is produced through the polymerization of ethylene, resulting in a high-quality material known for its exceptional lubricating, dispersing, and processing properties. LDPE wax exhibits a low melting point, excellent heat stability, and superior compatibility with a wide range of substrates, making it an invaluable additive in formulations for coatings, printing inks, masterbatches, and other industrial processes.

In Coatings and Paints:
LDPE wax serves as a crucial component in the formulation of coatings and paints, where it contributes to the enhancement of surface properties and application performance. When incorporated into paint formulations, LDPE wax acts as a flow and leveling agent, improving the wetting and spreading of the coating over substrates. Its low viscosity and high molecular weight enable it to effectively reduce surface defects such as cratering, orange peel, and picture framing, resulting in smooth, uniform coatings with enhanced gloss and clarity. Additionally, LDPE wax imparts mar resistance and anti-blocking properties to coatings, contributing to the durability and aesthetic appeal of painted surfaces.

In Printing Inks:
Within the realm of printing inks, LDPE wax plays a pivotal role in optimizing print quality and ink performance. By acting as a lubricant and anti-settling agent, LDPE wax facilitates the smooth flow and transfer of ink onto various printing substrates, ensuring consistent coverage and color uniformity. Its ability to prevent ink adhesion and offsetting enhances the operational efficiency of printing processes, while also promoting the quality and precision of printed materials. Furthermore, LDPE wax offers excellent rub and abrasion resistance, contributing to the longevity and resilience of printed designs on diverse surfaces.

In Masterbatches and Polymer Processing:
LDPE wax is widely utilized in the production of masterbatches and as a processing aid in polymer compounding. As a dispersing agent, it enables the uniform dispersion of pigments, fillers, and additives in masterbatch formulations, leading to vibrant coloration and improved mechanical properties in the final polymer products. Moreover, LDPE wax functions as a lubricating agent during extrusion and injection molding processes, reducing friction and enhancing the flow properties of molten polymers. This results in smoother processing, reduced energy consumption, and enhanced dimensional stability of fabricated plastic articles.

In summary, LDPE wax serves as a multifunctional additive, providing critical benefits in the realms of coatings, printing inks, masterbatches, and polymer processing. With its diverse range of applications and valuable contributions to product performance, LDPE wax remains an essential component in numerous industrial formulations.
