Melting: Take a small amount of wax sample and put it on a filter screen of 80 mesh or more. The filter screen is placed at the front end of the heating ring of the extruder, and the temperature is higher than 120 ℃. 1. If it is found to melt immediately, it should contain low melting point substances such as paraffin wax and stearic acid. 2. If the solution is white and opaque after melting, or there are white insoluble substances on the screen, it indicates that the wax contains calcium carbonate, starch and other impurities. 3. If there are other impurities on the mesh, it means that the wax is too dirty and it is easy to block the mesh. 4. If there are no impurities, the solution is fresh and transparent, and the color is consistent, but if it melts too early, all the liquid will leak out of the net without residue, and it can basically be identified as a normal special wax.
